Cancellation Policy
At Canine Corner, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur but we kindly ask that you notify our groomers in a timely matter if you're unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us at least one day in advance as we may be able to fill that appointment slot. We truly value your business and understanding!
No Shows
If you do not cancel prior to the day of your appointment, you will be charged a No Show Fee equal to 1/2 the base price for the groom. This fee will be collected on your next visit.
***Bad Weather Days are Excluded from No Show Fee*** On bad weather days, please call us at (719) 632-5446 to let us know you will not make it.
